We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was conveniently situated outside the city, making it easy for us to drive to the airport in the morning without any traffic. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also well-maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. We also enjoyed the variety of food and beverages offered in the cozy pub/restaurant on-site. The staff was attentive and provided exceptional customer service, adding to our overall satisfaction.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel which was easily reachable from the airport in the morning without traffic. Our room was very clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. We had a comfortable sleep and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast was good and offered a range of food options.

The staff at the hotel was not up to the expected standards and it was hard to get their attention.

We spent Christmas at a rustic lodge not far from Johannesburg. The bed was a bit squeaky but the naming of the rooms made us feel at home. The staff, especially Nomsa, were excellent. They offered a deal and honored it, even though it was booked online. The lodge was close to Gold Reef City and Montecasino.

The breakfast was good, but the service was slow in spite of how few people were there. The staff seemed undertrained and didn't attend to our requests very quickly.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The restaurant, which is now called Picanha, had a great Sunday carvery full of home-cooked meals. The suites were immaculate and the staff was very supportive. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone needing to get to the airport in the morning without having to endure any traffic. Additionally, the breakfast choices were amazing!

The food was superb and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Another great feature was the location, which was close to several attractions and the airport, making it easy to explore the area and not worry about travel times.

One issue was the limited breakfast options and the high cost of extras. there was some noise from the extractor fan and the lack of a bathtub in some rooms.
